We provide tracking numbers for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

I Entered My Address Incorrectly

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email providing us the corrected information. We just request that you notify us immediately (within 12 hours of ordering) via email.
After this period, your order will have already left and we will no longer be able to modify it.

We assume no liability for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information.


Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, if there was a mistake or you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 10 hours of completing your payment.

Please email us at help@klyrraa.com letting us know why you decided to cancel your order with the subject line "Please cancel my order" as well as provide us with your order number.

It is the buyer's responsibility to return the product(s) to us for evaluation, repair, exchange or refund at their expense.

The orders returned to an address other than the address provided may result in delay or refusal of refund or exchange. So please contact us first and we will be happy to help you start the returns process.

Once we receive your package, we will test it to verify its quality.

We recommend using a shipping option that allows you to track your package to ensure we receive it.

Please pack your package carefully, as we will not be able to exchange or refund if the product has been damaged.
