Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Item Not as Described / Damaged

We are extremely confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, it may happen that a product is damaged during transport or arrives defective. In this case, please send us an email at help@klyrraa.com with clear proof of the issue. Such as:

If the evidence provided is not sufficient, We will ask you to return the product to us for inspection.

Klyrraa reserves the right not to refund the customer if the conditions below are not met: 
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to error on our part.
* The customer contacts us more than 30 days after receiving his product.

Note : Klyrraa does not accept the return or refund of the item if it is a consumable product that has been used or a product that has been soiled and therefore can no longer be used by a new customer. In this case, the customer will not have to return the product and will receive in exchange a voucher worth the amount of their order.

Hygiene Notice – Opened Cosmetics, Health and Beauty Products

For health, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care products, returns and refunds are NOT accepted.

Due to hygienic and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned once delivered, whether opened or unopened.

This policy complies with consumer hygiene regulations.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return shipping costs & shipping
The buyer will bear the return costs unless the product was defective or damaged.
